The short version: this website collects very little, and AXIOLITH REDLINE processes your documents on your own machine. The only thing the software sends us is a periodic license check. The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail.
1. This website
The site is hosted on Framer. Like any web host, Framer records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data. If we add analytics later, this page will say so.
2. When you email us or apply
If you email skills@levitationautomation.com or submit a Founding Firm application, we keep what you send us: your name, firm, email address, and your answers. We use it to evaluate the application, reply to you, and set up your subscription if you join. We keep it for as long as the Founding Firm program runs or your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period after. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, other than the services we use to send email and take payment.
3. The software: your documents stay on your machine
AXIOLITH REDLINE installs on your Windows workstation and reads your drawings and specifications there. Your documents, the text inside them, your prompts, and your review results are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Reviews write new annotated PDFs on your machine; your originals are never modified.
4. The license check
The software verifies its license online periodically. That check carries your account or license identifier, a device identifier, and the software version. It never carries your documents, their text, or anything derived from them. The initial model download and software updates also need a connection; those transfers bring files to you and send nothing about your projects back.
5. Diagnostics
If something goes wrong and you choose to send us a diagnostic report or a log, we will tell you what it contains before you send it. Nothing is sent automatically.
6. Email from us
We email you to answer your questions, to run the Founding Firm program, and to tell you about billing or material changes to the software or these terms. We do not add you to a newsletter without asking first.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email skills@levitationautomation.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account information may end your subscription, because we need an email address to run it.
8. Children
The site and the software are for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
